Who: Anyone who would like to bring in the New Year in a Christian environment with Christian Rock Music and Speakers
What: A two day conference ending with ringing in the Year 2012. There are usually multiple guest speakers and opportunities to do a lot of fun activities.
Where: Liberty University and hopefully spending the night at Eagle Eyrie
When: December 30, 2011 – January 1, 2012
Why: To fulfill God’s Great Commission in making disciples of all nations. Based on Acts 1:8, this trip is our ‘Jerusalem and Judea’. Jerusalem focuses on ministries initiated by the members of SVBC, most often carried out on the church campus and Judea focuses on partnering with local organizations and ministries in our community and on sending our members into the community to minister.
Because it will be a lot of fun and it should be a safe environment. This is also a family friendly event.
How: Bus rides down to Liberty are the primary mode of transportation.
