Who: Anyone who has a heart to serve others
What: Mission Trip to assist others in the continuing recovery from Hurricane Katrina
Where: New Orleans, Louisiana
When: Saturday June 25 2011 through Saturday July 2, 2011
Why: To fulfill God’s Great Commission in making disciples of all nations. Based on Acts 1:8, this trip will focus on our ‘Samaria’ which focuses on reaching our nation, most often crossing cultural barriers of languages, customs, religions, and social/economic statuses that are different than our own.
How: Working as a team to share the Love of God in various ways. We will determine the specifics of the ‘How’ once we have our team together. We will analyze our spiritual gifts in serving and design our trip around those gifts of servant hood.

Training: There are about 11 training sessions and the official schedule of training will be forthcoming
Applications: Individual applications are due with a deposit 23 March 2011
Final Funds: Due 11 May 2011
Family Friendly: this trip is intended to be family friendly. If you are unsure of your little one’s ability to thrive on a trip like this, let’s talk and pray about it.
